i have the shareware version of starships unlimited. is it wirth the 39.95 to get divided galaxies or should i stick with the shareware product?

the down load for fire fight is bad it always comes in at 1 to 1.5 mb instead of three..

i sent request to help desk and it's acknowedged then i get a messege back saying this request isn't monitored so i must be doing something wrong
