Land Combat?

How is land combat going to be handled? Is the WitP model going to be tweaked any?

By the way, is there a list of the LCU's included in the game available?

RE: Any update on when WPO will be ready ?

Will this be a stand alone program or is WitP requied to run it. I ask because I don't have much free space on my hard drive and am constantly having to remove games to add new ones and then kind of get a rotation going.

Has a price tag been reached for this mod yet? It seems impossible that it would be free. That would be a like shopping for a Ferrari and then finding out they're free.

I must admit that as excited as I was to get WitP, I am THREE TIMES as excited waiting for WPO! I am majorly stoked! I am even starting to plan my sprin schedule so that I have several long weekends that I can devote to continuous playing.

I hope a UV Med is a real option and not just wishful thinking. UV might be transferable on a limited scale into the Norwegian Theater since it was a largely naval/amphibious war with some land air supporting. Any thought?

<t>The Mississippi River Campaign won by Grant and the Red River Campaign won by Taylor have always fascinated me. Would love a game that covered the river warfar of the Civil War. Also have ALOT of interest in the 1895-1905 period. Lots of interesting gaming to be had there, Tsushima Straights ...
