Played a realy fast game and I like the scale and overview. Feels a little like sid meiers gettysbrug.

Initial impression: two thumbs up!

Although we have to wait and see if its outcomes is historical plausible. That is a big thing for me.

Super Mario 3D World for the Wii U and a book.

I am at the stage in the life when the best part about christmas is watching my daughter opening her presents and go bananas of joy. Wonderful!

Advanced Tactics was a great game but what kept me from playing it was a the extremley long time it took for the computer to calculate and execute its turns (Core2Duo 3.2 GHZ, 4GB RAM). If I am not mistaken we didn't even get to see the moves ...
