when making a task force can you use oilers or tankers for supplies / troops too ?

would you be intrested in scenerio 11. its a long one and planning is everything. i can make a turn a day somtimes two depending on commitments. right now im engaged with genbilly in scenerio 5. but if you want drop me a line.
