Re: [Tool] Command Scenario Browser - CMANO Scen View

The link https://gu.lunex.net/command/ is not working anymore (at least for me).

Any other link where the Scenario Viewer can be downloaded?

Re: Transferring Trucks Out of a Trucks Column

After this you are left off with two options: 1) form a kampfgruppe that can incorporate your left-over trucks or 2) keep left-over trucks as a battle taxi for small-sized units.

Thanks for the idea of creating a KG, because that in turn allows you to re-transfer trucks out to other units ...

Transferring Trucks Out of a Trucks Column

First time player here of DC: Ardennes Offensive. Love it so far, but I'm kind of puzzled now with the trucks column concept.

I just played a Trucks Column card and got this unit full of trucks. Great.

I started to replenish a few of my Panzergrenadier units which were lacking quite a lot of ...

Weapon Mounts Arcs Abbreviations

What does all these abbreviations mean in the database when looking at arcs of sensors and weapons on ships? I know I can see arcs in the Weapons view by checking the Show Arcs box next to a weapon mount, but still, I'm just wondering what all this stuff is...

Re: CMO - Title menu animated (UNOFFICIAL)

I love those title menu clips! But somehow the music in the clip seems to be looping continuously, it's getting me crazy.

Why does it keep playing over and over in the background after I have launched the game?

I must be doing something wrong?

Red number in hex

<r> Anyone knows what the number 4 in a red circle (see picture) on some hexes mean? Can't find it in the manual.<br/>

RE: How do you cross into Atlantic Ocean?

ORIGINAL: El Condoro

The new loop.txt won't take effect in a started game.

OK, that explains why. I should have taken note of the hex positions in the original loop file, now I will have to find them by trial and error [:)]

How do you cross into Atlantic Ocean?

<r> I'm having problems understanding how can I cross from Atlantic ocean from Mediterranean (or vice-versa) as Axis. I have an Italian submarine standing on the hex saying "To the Atlantic Axis Only (1 turn)". I figured that meant I need to be on that tile and wait one turn and then the sub will be ...

RE: How is it compared to War in the east?

<t> Even though both games are about the same setting and theater, it's hard to compare. WITE is to Eastern Front wargames what David Glantz's books are to Eastern Front litterature: deep, complex, vast, made for the exacting grognard or warfare history buff. It's the deepest military simulation of ...

<t> Coming off the Color of the East map mod of Kiddytoto in Case Blue, I've got to agree the Barbarossa map feels a little bland and a throwback.<br/>

That being said,I'm pretty sure some modder can do a fantastic job to enhance the map.<br/>

RE: No North Africa scenarios?

Thanks Erik for this clarification. Agreed that North Africa scenarios would require development of a more robust and detailed naval operations model. I can understand this will require a release by itself.
