Add an option to lock designs so that I can't delete or overwrite them by accident.

The automated constructor ships keep building single research focus bases even tough I deleted the designs, turned off auto ship design and manualy designed a research base with all four kinds of labs.

Add UNDO command to the Editor.

- Optional pause when reinforcements arrive
- Optional pause when an airstrike becomes available
- Pause at a set time

Please implement map scrolling with arrow keys. This would be very convinient.
