It should have already routed being adjacent to my airborne unit. I could swear that hex with the HQ is a water hex and it is on transports (but it doesn't look like it)

edit: Yes, the hex in question with the HQ is listed as a water hex (162, 265)

As far as I know I'm using the current version .12 as I was in the Torch Tournament. I'll ask my opponent what he's using.
Disappointing that you can't modify the save but understandable.

My next request would be to open the save file and remove the last comments made by me. (or all)
