I sent in a support ticket today, and a few hours later I am now installing on Steam. You just need to register your serial number on the Slitherine website. Easy.

It is a good game, has great potential over all other released Napoleonic games due to its ambition, scope and depth. Much good, much needs work done, which I know is possible.

AI needs work. Not the best AI for an Ageod game for sure.

No, it appears my issues were due to memory. I turned down Memory usage to 10% and turned off texture initialisation, and so far (fingers x) for a few days I have had not one CTD.

Yup, post your issues on the tech support forum. I did, both here and on Ageod forum, and both times they have fixed it for me (apparently turn the memory settings down to 10% and leave off texture initialisation). Works now.

Yup, but was working fine till the new patch yesterday. Yes, reports from last crash.

Most commmonly crashes every third turn or so, right after it finishes the turn, writes the reports, then when the two gears show it CTD's. Hope you can help. Please find my logs below.
