the game bombards me with tsunami events. I've checked the GameEvents xml file to see if there is a way to tweak their frequency, but I don't find that even at all. Is it defined in another file? I hope it can be modified. Thanks!

How do I design a new model? The manual is not of great help here. I select the management window, go to model, then design, but there is no option to create a new model.

<t> I don't think a demo is actually required. Having a couple of gameplay videos on youtube or some walkthrough on a dedicated web site would be perfectly enough. A good quality strategy game doesn't need state of the art graphics. It's the gameplay what matters. Look at eador, a really great game....

so a campaign consists in a set sequence of static battle maps with a management phase in between those maps, now I have a clear concept of what the game looks like

yes, but I haven't quite grasped what this game is about. It is just a tactical wargame set in a fantasy universe (with additional RPG elements) or does it have also a strategic layer including technology/ magic research, city development, diplomacy and so on?

I like the artstyle, but as far as I understand there is only a campaign mode, similar to the HOMM series, and no random map generator. It is planned to add more campaigns or/and is the game moddable so that modders can add some?

the map looks very nice. But, as far as I know, there will be no random map generator (unlike to the dominions 1-4 series), so what about replayability? Are we supposed to hope for some modders to create additional custom maps?

btw Hegemony Philip of Macedon by Longbow is indeed a great game though I prefer TB too, the sequel Hegemony Rome is in development and due this summer
