As a long time lurker from day one of the boards, I have to say this is one of the most ridiculous threads ever. Purely assumptive and filled with idle speculation.

I was a month into the campaign as the Allies and my CV escorts vanished into the ether. 2 CA's, a CL and several destroyers. They were one turn out of Brisbane and poof!, gone. Time to reload the save game.
