Blitzkrieg France price

Just wondering if the $14.99 price is a discounted price? Will this go up in 2 weeks like the expansion for Distant Worlds. I'm buying this, just need to know if I need to reroute some cash now or can I wait until the next payday.

3000 defenders in each city. The seige works are there. The artillery and gunboat was brought in after the beginning of the seige. When I had infantry things were going fine. As soon as the gunboat and artillery showed the city stopped taking damage.
