Re: Model making advice

If the idea of painting is putting you off, you might consider trying some paper models. No painting required. Here are some WWI tanks for that diorama. I think some of these like the Mark IV or A7V would be fairly easy models to start with.

<r> Looks like a pretty swell game already out for Apple portable products, looking to get ported to PC, Mac, and Android via kickstarter. Norm Koger's masterpiece was doomed from the moment he threw in with Jim Rose. Until that moment I eagerly awaited his product. Disastrous decision.

Killerfish could make a pretty sweet WWI game based off Atlantic Fleet if they wanted to.

<t> I heat water in a pot with the lid on til a raging boil. Turn the heat off, place two PG Tips tea bags in the pot, and place the lid back on. Next I set the timer for four minutes, and then remove the teabags once the timer rings. Pour pot into pitcher, add water til pitcher is full, add a ...

Had my usual iced PG Tips tonight, but seeing a Tea thread makes me hungry for a döner kebab since I can't just ride the ferry across the Clyde and over to Gourock when I'm in Florida. [:D]

There are pregnant women in the US military so.... Most of the USN required no physical ability whatsoever from what I remember. If you're smart the USN will try to make you a "nuke", I suggesting playing a little dumb. [;)]

<t> Someone on another forum recommended PG Tips to me, and I see it mentioned here. It's awesome tea, and Target carries it. I drink a pitcher or two a week of iced PG Tips. Might try some tea from Trader Joe's someday, as I've heard it can be good and is a bit cheaper. <br/>

<t> My job is something I can truly get behind. I'm tasked with getting back as much gov't redistributed wealth as possible by renting storage space to mostly "on the take" individuals. What a waste of Navy money their version is going to be. I can't even envision something useful for "young" seamen, maybe a game about chipping paint properly.

new limited release of Tora, Tora, Tora! soundtrack

Just noticed over at amazon that there is a new 2000 copy release of the Tora, Tora, Tora! soundtrack. Good stuff for Pacific wargamer play. Remastered I guess also, review said something about smoother sound.
