This is an AAR thread for a new GC41 game that Veterin and I have started.

I intend to keep most updates three turns behind the actual game. All are welcome to read and comment!

Excellent advice. I follow it religiously.

What should this number be? I can't seem to find a way to approach 100,000 tons of freight Sent Out from this Berlin NSS Depot. Most of the turns, the amount Sent Out from this NSS is less than 40,000.

What's the best way to maximize this "Sent Out" output from the Berlin NSS?

In games against the AI on Normal setting, the Axis player probably doesn't have to use all of the nuanced techniques available to gain an edge on the opponent.

Against a Human Soviet who is good at his craft? Axis will need every trick in the book.

Your comments about 11th Army are interesting. They didn't march up from Crimea. They stayed in the line in that sector from the beginning. My intent was to keep 11th Army headed East. There must be something wrong with them now, if somehow they caught your notice.
