RE: When?

<t> The AI programming/bug fixes will take months to complete. There is no way that a quality product could come out by December or even March. Steve isn't even finished working on the bug fixes, the testers are still finding errors in the game!<br/>

RE: Scenarios

Yes, I posted something similar. I love the idea of less players. For some of us that dont have all the time in the world it must makes sense to have a few 2-3-4 player scenarios.

Scenarios - 2-3 Player Recommended

<t> For a future update or release: could you please put out some 2-3 player scenarios so that some of us that dont want to push through a 7 player scenario can do so in a reasonable amount of time?<br/>
<br/>
One year scenarios would be nice - campaign of 1805, 1807, etc.<br/>

Suddenly ... Enforced Peace

<t> I have had peace enforced on me as the French twice now in two separate wars with Prussia and Austria. In reading the manual I can find nothing that enforces a peace.<br/>

I had a couple of battles, was sieging areas, etc. Then I pulled out of the country to regroup and suddenly couldnt ...

RE: Multi-user license?

<t> I am thinking that Matrix probably cannot afford to allow this. The cost of producing one of these games is expensive. All of the design time that goes into it and all that.<br/>

RE: Channel Crossing Arrow not Optional

Option only. Dont remove it completely. Some folks might want to use it.

All England has to do is keep a fleet in that sea space. That nulifies the ability of the French to do that.

Depots for All Land Troops

Ok - I know its not in the original game but ... it would be nice to have Depots able to hold cavalry and artillery as well as regulars and militia.

Hoping its not too late for Santa to hear my wish! [:D]

Ho ho ho.

Question on Transferring Infantry

<t> Can you transfer infantry points from a Depot to a Corps and how can it be done in a space that doesnt contain a city. I built a depot two spaces a depot in Holland. I then added infantry points to it. When I moved a corps into that area I could not absorb points from the Depot.<br/>

City Assault - Has Already Foraged

<t> Ok, how do I STOP my unit that wants to assault a city from foraging?<br/>

I want to assault the city in the Land Combat Phase but it says I have already foraged. I have NOT auto or manually foraged with this unit. When I ended the Land Movement Phase it asked me if I wanted to go back ...

<t> The port you refer to: is this a friendly port or one you are invading? I am assumming friendly port based on your example of Gibralter.<br/>

So besides having the depot on a ship at sea you also need to keep one fleet in a friendly port for the sea supply chain to work? Thus if I do ...

Can You Create Fortresses?

I am still goofing around with the game a bit. As France I allowed England to slip in and siege the capital and destroy the fort that I had placed in Paris. Can I rebuild this fort and how do I do this?

RE: Creating depots on ships?

<t> Guys - I tried invading Portsmouth with Ney and I Corps. I put a Depot on my ship. I have a Depot in a port in France. When the Land Phase ends Ney and I Corps have been moved back to the port where they started from. Ney/I Corps can forage in England just fine but for some reason but when I go ...

RE: EIAers

I enjoyed the game when I was ... 22! Our group played it twice that I can remember. We were big into playing miniatures and boardgames were not as popular with that group. I played Turkey both times ... [:D] Its fun when Turkey does win a battle and gets to pursue! [8D]
