Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue, Subs are in Supply and based in France. They have 1-2 Op Points but they don't attack shipping in raider mode.

Download update 8.3

Hello, where can I download update 8.3 for this game? My launcher is not able to "create a handle" and I can only find update 8.1 on my game list. Since the change of the matrix webpage all updating process has become quite cumbersome.
