Well, I just purchased it this morning April 15, 2011 at 6:15 AM Central Standard Time, and the serial number I was given is being rejected as incorrect. I would appreciate help to resolve this problem.

The new serial number worked for me! I appreciate the fast work of Matrix to resolve this issue.
