RE: Stadiums Downloads 10 Years of MFB!!!

You can create stadiums, but its not an in game thing. You would have to use a 3D modeling program like Blender.
I never messed with field fonts, but I think they can be edited. But they are used for all stadiums.

Old gang still around?

<t> Just curious if any of the old gang is still lurking/playing?<br/> Amazingly, I still play/tinker, and have tried the newer Canadian Football game and<br/> also Axis Football, but still find MaxFB enjoyable, quirks and all.<br/> <br/> Also, like to know if anyone has any of my old stadiums. I ha...

Helmets, jerseys, pants, shoes and fonts can be edited. They are bmp files.

RE: Alabama vs Vanderbilt 1964

There is an awesome pic of Namath, where he is probably 3ft or more off the ground, getting ready to pass. Just amazing.

Hey mudrick, I noticed that also, about the loose changing back to normal. But, I do believe that if you set it to loose, it does actually work.

I know that when I set it to loose, it does seem to behave that way. Not sure why it changes back in the menu.

RE: The 1960's re-visited

Thats some great looking stuff, 70s was my era also.

If there is one thing about MaxFB that you gotta love, it's the ability to do what you are doing. Nothing better than a football 'sandbox' to play in.

RE: USFL returning in 2010??

<t> Hey Scott!<br/> <br/> This is a weird one. I've been following this off and on for a while now. I honestly felt for a bit that this was just some dude running some kind of fantasy league thing. The websites always looked a bit hokey. But, I have seen an article or two that seem to indicate he is...

RE: logos and video options

Welcome rflfootball,
Fraps is a decent program to have, for screenshots and making vids. I think it's still around $20(US), maybe.

Snapper only takes screens, but it's free and easy

RE: Custom Stadium 2

I would love to have made at least a few higher quality stadiums, but the 3D software crashes a lot when im texturing, and it usually crushes my spirit after about the 5th crash. If the stadiums could be built and textured in Blender, I would have tackled some of the big ones.

RE: NFL Jacksonville

<t> Mykal is correct. Its really as simple as changing the info in the Teams table of the league file. Open the league file in access and look in the table LeagueDivision to get the ID number of the divisions of your league. Then open the Teams table and edit the DivisionID entry of the teams you wa...

RE: Hack's Plays v3.5.2a

That problem may not be a fault of Hacks. There are definately some issues with the playcalling AI. I have seen the open receiver quite a bit, under a number of circumstances.

RE: WCFL - needs an owner

<t> We never stopped running the league, but some owners vanished and interest had diminished, as it has for MaxFB in general, so I folded it up after 2 seasons. Seattle owned Rutland in our 2 seasons of play, winning both title games. Solo leagues seem to be the more popular way to use MaxFB, at le...

RE: Previous Max Football version update?

Log in to the members section on the Matrix site, then go to the 'My games' link.

2.0 is actually a stand alone upgrade. You dont need a previous version installed, as far as i know, to install it. Your serial # should work just fine.
