The SC games have given me so much pleasure down the years, enough to pay for this title 100s of times over. But I am hoping to play the new DLC sometime.

Click PLAY on launcher, nothing happens every time.

Ah, another great design decision. Each Faction is basically a very different style of racing.

Another great design decision - you can't see the whole course at any one time just hear the crowd cheering at events either very far ahead or very far behind.

I prefer the randomness. If the game becomes to firmly on deterministic rails it will get old much more quickly.

OK Manticore. But out of curiosity in my 150 race campaign I have travelled all over the empire and no sign of a spiked chariot Must stay on the road and keep looking

Has anybody managed to get access to the higher levels of Chariot upgrade e.g. spiked chariots? How are these unlocked?

If these guys made a dish washing sim I would buy it.

Sorry for bumping but I needed to record that after playing the hell out of this for the last few days I love it even more. Folks, I think a very talented game design team has just been found, which makes happier than any single game.

They are right, the geniuses behind this game have what it takes to make the first proper PC Gladiator management sim. Used to love GLADIATOR from Avalon Hill back in the day, when was that about 81-82.

I find cheap, 2 arrow horses the best. I have won more races with my 2 arrow whites bought for 4000, than my 2 arrow/ 2 drop horses bought for 32000. Endurance just does not seem to count for as much as raw speed... anybody else finding this?

I have a 12-victory Auriga but he does not show up in either the Local or Global Fame listings,even though the bottom of each of those lists have only six wins.

Downloaded the new Scen Pack and can't get the Small Convoy scen to load (on 1.01 Build 442). I can select it from the list and load it but the scen seems to be empty. All the other scens seem fine? Any ideas?
