Yeah, "Fall of the Reich", that was it. I just checked again, and it's definitely not included.....have to put it in a patch, I guess...

I was using an old version of Adobe Acrobat to read the PDF, so I upgraded to Adobe Reader 7.0, and now the problem has disappeared.<br/>
