This is T47 view near Stalingrad right now. I'm across the river separating me from the city so it should fall sometime soon, I'm hoping. My land shock value is 91 and the Soviets land shock is 115 so I'm being careful with my attacks.

This is the front lines at the end of T46.

I've forced the river crossing at Rostov and I used my engineers to leap the river and establish a foothold on the south side of the river. I captured more crossings further east of Rostov and I'm pushing east to advance to Stalingrad.

This is T46 in the Moscow area right now. This is the beginning of the turn and nothing has moved yet. I'm in the process of surrounding multiple Soviet units. So far so good.

I'm getting closer and closer to Stalingrad. It doesn't look like there are many defenders around the city. The Axis recon ability doesn't have the visibility to discern anybody in the city itself but surely they are there. I just can't see them yet.

This is T41 before anybody has moved. I'm moving slowly because this is a mud turn, MP's are few, plus there's plenty of mud to trudge through; sometimes only a single hex can be gained. I've got some engineers repairing the rail going north from Leningrad eventually to feed the eastward areas ...

This is T39 just north of Rostov. I've managed to push all the way to the river separating me from Stalingrad, I'm just about to capture Rostov, cutting off Russia from down south. I'm making progress and the main thing holding me back is the low supply in these mud turns.

This is what it looks like in T39. I'm running into all kinds of resistance and with the mud I'm getting very few MP's for my units. I've not been attacking quite so much because I want to get my units ready for the Soviet Winter Offensive.
