Strange Mouse Scroll Issue with Windows 10

<t> Hi,<br/>
<br/>
I run AE using Parallels on a Mac. Until I upgraded the Windows version on my mac (from 8.1 to 10), everything worked great.<br/>
<br/>
Since the upgrade, however, I'm having a bizaare mouse scroll issue that I'm 100% positive is a "windows thing" since the same problem also ...

RE: Problems Installing Bloody Road South

OK. I re-installed Bloody Road South, and same result. It's nowhere to be found, either in CWII or on my computer beyond the setup log. So attached is the DXDIAG file result. (edit...remove attachments)

Problems Installing Bloody Road South

<t> Hi,<br/>
<br/>
I just installed Civil War II (most recent update version, 1.06.03) and then installed Bloody Road South. Installation seemed to go successfully. However, other than the Bloody Road South Setup Log, I see no icons for the game. Indeed, I can't find a single mention of the game ...

Historical Logistical Question Regarding Aircraft Transport

<t> In AE, short-legged fighters (particularly for the Allied) generally often move between ports by a cargo ship (such as SF to Pearl, etc..). Once at port, the planes than magically become ready for missions in a few days.<br/>
<br/>
My question relates to how it was done historically. How did ...

RE: Japanese Opponent wanted for Grand Campaign

What scenario? I enjoy playing DaBabes scenario's with reduced cargo capacities and which use the extended map (with stacking limits) since it adds more realism and slows the tempo of the game down a bit.

I'm sure people will point out why I'm wrong, but isn't disbanding a group before it's withdrawn somewhat gamey?

RE: rebuilt units keep their withdraw date...

<t> I discovered that the hard way, too. I withdrew (instead of disbanding) many Dutch air units in order to preserve the pilots. Those units came back 60 days later...and in total cost me around 1000 victory points due to overdue aircraft! All because I wanted to save a few pilots and air frames ...

RE: (still another) Air Training Question

<t> For fighters, I've found what works well is training at 70%+ until experience reaches the low to mid-50's and air skill is 70. Then switch the fighter over to a CAP mission (even if the fighter is based on the West Coast or in japan) and set it to 30-40% CAP and 20% training. Doing this allows ...

RE: Windows 10 Now Active on over 200 Million Devices

<t> If it isn't broke don't break it is my philosophy. I'm running Win 8.1 in Parallels on a Macbook Pro (2014) running Yosemite and everything works flawlessly. I have the latest version of Parallels and I'm sure Win 10 would work well on my laptop, but...I worry about AE and other games I have ...

Time to Game Shop! Any suggestions?

<t> Hi,<br/>
<br/>
With the very nice sale Matrix has going on now, I figured it was time to experiment with some new games. Obviously I have and love AE. Other Matrix games I have bought are Gary Gribsby's War in the East and Gary Grigsby's Civil War (which I've never really played yet, for some ...

In your carrier battle, I noticed you had 6 CV's and 4 DD's in one task force. Just was curious why you have a CV task force with that composition?
