Beta 1.02 Out of Bounds Error

I was moving the ship group (420) at the bottom left, two hexes north when this happened, sorry I don't have a saved game.

I've been getting more of these types of errors, since updating with the public beta patch 1.02. It usually happens when I select an attacking unit to move into a hex that it just successfully attacked. Clicking on continue has, so far, enabled me to continue playing on, with no crashes to desktop.

I've gotten one of these during attack and I chose "Continue." I kept playing with no problems. It was after the public beta patch too.

In short, it's a know problem, a fix has been made (may not have been released yet) and there's a workaround too.

a hotfix for this bug will be posted as soon as matrix can.
