supply airtransport

Post by castor troy »

Tried to airtransport supplies in my test game vs AI and am wondering if it´s worth it. Is it still the same as in WITP that it takes 2000 capacity to transport 1 supply or has this changed?

I'd like to know, as well. The manual does not specify.

Did some testing this morning...

L-18 Lodestars capacity 1300 carried 1 point per aircraft

Japanese transports capacity 1550 & 2000 carried 1 point per aircraft

Catalina capacity 4000 carried 2 points per aircraft

Castor, I would say it is the same, and that it DOES work. On my game vs the AI, when the Japanese started the invasion of New Guinea (Lae, etc.), I had to supply (via transport planes) the Australian companies in Wau, etc. It worked.
