2nd PzA withdrawal

Reinforcement/widthdrawal schedule and on-map unit tooltip warned me that 2nd Panzer Army was going to witdraw (yet, the HQ wasn't highlighted in red when using status highlight). The turn came, went and the 2nd PzA is still with me. Is that a bug or was there some condition that made 2nd PzA stay?

If it's TOE is below 75% it should stay frozen on refit. Otherwise it should withdraw. I see no problems with HQ withdrawals, so please provide more info preferably with save. Thanks.

I will provide saves tomorrow.

I know about units with low TOE staying until they replenish (I had this with one division), but they are teleported to western map edge and frozen. This HQ was at 90%+ TOE and it stayed next to Moscow, unfrozen, just like normal unit. Other HQ scheduled for this turn to withdraw (an Infantry Corps HQ) withdrew normally.

Turn 117, look at the withdrawals schedule:

Turn 177, LI Corps highlighted as withdrawing, 2nd Panzer Army is not, although the tooltip shows it's withdrawing:

Turn 118, LI Corps is gone, 2nd PzA is still there, no longer withdrawing:

The log confirms only LI Corps was withdrawn:

Attached is the save from turn 117, with both HQ still on map.

Here is also the log from turn 113, which clearly shows only LI Corps was properly sheduled to withdraw:

II SS Panzer Corps WITHDRAWS (men 5000, guns 0, afv 0)
51st Panzer Battalion is scheduled to WITHDRAW on turn 118
52nd Panzer Battalion is scheduled to WITHDRAW on turn 118
'Karl' Karl Siege Mortar Battery WITHDRAWS (men 220, guns 2, afv 0)

...so maybe here was the bug intruduced. Maybe you would like a save from Soviet turn 112, which is followed by the logistics phase which should make 2nd Panzer Army scheduled to withdraw?

Here it is, turn 112 Soviet (you will have to wait for the AI to do it's turn though).

Found the withdrawal bug, when renamed units are not withdrawing. In this case 2nd Panzer Group was renamed to 2nd Panzer Army. Hopefully it is fixed. Thanks for the reports.
