Small oob mistake and problem with the assignment routine

There is a problem with the leader assignment as a result of a small oob "mistake".
The oob of 1941-1945 GC the Italian "Autotransportabile IT Corps" don’t have a leader assign.

If no Leader is assige at the beginning of the game it is not possible to assign a new one. As a result this Corps can never get a leader in game

In the "Operation Barbbarrossa" scenario Zingales is in command of this corps. So I suggest to change it the same way.

P.S.: the attachment is a game where the Autotransportabile IT Corps is active.....strange the whole Italien army is active from turn 3..but that`s is an other topic

Picture if you want to assigne a leader. Can`t see where I have to click to change the non-existent leader.

Hope it is a little bit better understandable what I mean.
