Capturing mining station for attack mission

Another bug
I had an attack mission to destroy or capture a certain mining station.
When I captured it, I got message that mission has been canceled because it has been captured by someone else.
I think it has something to do with the new raiding system. If you don't have ships when your raid finishes, you don't get credit for the raid. My ships left before the mining station was captured, and was captured like 5 seconds later.
This really needs to be looked into. Raiding shouldn't be the same as capturing.

Actually, this seems to happen every time. No exception. This REALLY needs to get fixed.

Oh, My, GOD.
Again, actually, no attack missions can ever be completed. Even if I outright destroy the target, it still counts as being destroyed by someone else.
I'm thinking about reverting to 1.9.0.8 :/

Btw, it actually sometimes works. It mostly doesn't work in the begining. Maybe it's related to some tech or something.
Keep this in mind as to fix the bug properly.
So my experience is:

The first few (4-5) attack mission that I complete get canceled at exactly the time I destroy/capture the target.
Then suddenly they start working Oo.

Btw, when is the next patch coming. I'm very curious.
