[FIXED B757.11] SM-3 Trouble

I've been shooting off a lot of SM-3s at ballistic missiles lately, only to find them completely ineffective. As they approach their targets, I see the message log flash "All seekers were spoofed - weapon missed target."

Not sure what's up with that. They used to work fine.
