Autocracy needs a warning in suppressing riots

Autocracy just beats up the Protesters, wich builds fear, wich reduces unrest to nothing very quickly.
Fear is a tool - especially for Autocrats - not a hinderance.

And the AI cities do not build Danger from having your Troops near it, so any danger would have to be your own mistake. So I am very unsure what could cause that much issues with protesting that buildsing would actually vanish.

I did some further digging back through saved files. Not only did I lose all the quality of life buildings in several cities but also most of the industry buildings and several mines outside the city disappeared as well but still had reserves of materials.

In all I would estimate I lost the equivalent of around 50,000 metals worth of buildings to this feature.

The thing is the game has a "mothball" feature, why is that simply not activated, why the disappearance of strategic assets?

Ironically in 2 of my cities the only thing left was a slew of private buildings.

Developer - Please, please can you change this feature to mothballing these facilities instead of them disappearing and taking all the materials invested with them?

Love the game in almost every other way but this was jarring.
