Ordering from the Matrix site

Not sure where to even ask this.....

Anyone having any ordering issues from the Matrix store? I keep getting an shopping cart error. I've emailed their support email.

I also am having issues. I’ve tried with different cards, and multiple times. No money taken and have same error appear. So there’s clearly something wrong with the site (tried slitherine as well same issue). I sent an email to support last night. Hopefully they get back to us soon.

Was that earlier in the day? I was trying to buy Warplan Pacific in the evening (U.K. time) yesterday. It’s not worked for me at all.

I tried again earlier today and had the same issues. Never had an issue before with matrix either.

It could be a browser related issue. For the record, I'm using Firefox. Who knows? I was looking at War Plan Pacific, haven't pulled the trigger on it yet.

I am able to put products into my shopping cart. Is the error only after you try to checkout and buy?

Hi folks, we're investigating this and don't see any issues at the moment. Could you please post with the specific shopping cart error you are seeing, if possible?

It won't let me upload the screenshots I took, I could send them via email to support?

It goes through the functions but after clicking purchase I am taken to a screen that says 'Error - Shopping Cart'.

Edit: May have uploaded it.

Hi guys,

It looks like there's no general issue with the store. These are very specific errors relating to an invalid coupon, not selecting a state and the store not liking a payment method. Support should be able to help you out with these tomorrow.

Invalid coupon? My coupon WAS valid...how can it not be valid? I haven't used it and when will they contact me? Are they understaffed?

Its a little odd, given I have not tried to use a coupon. All my info for billing is the same as it has been for the last 25 games I brought here, and I have tried 2 different cards, I have even tried buying as a guest. I think I have gone through the process with a fine tooth comb about 10 times now.

I'm ok to wait till tomorrow, but it will of been 2-3 days since I reported the issue and I am trying to give you money here lol.

Oh well, hope this gets sorted tomorrow, first time I've had issue here so wont complain [:D]

Sorry guys but where you are getting cart issues then we cannot help with these on the forum so can you email us at Support@slitherine.co.uk or Support@matrixgames.com where we'll help with this. ObeseMonkey I know you have already done so and we are waiting to hear back from BlueSnap on this, but for anyone else who is getting cart issues please email us as due to the personal nature of cart and account information we cannot comment on the forum with individual resolutions
