General error while registering for multiplayer

I cannot register for multiplayer, because I get the general error, no matter what name etc. I choose.

I believe you need to use the same login name as you use for the website/forum. That was the case for me.

If you register your game in the mypage section using your slitherine/matrix account. You will then need to use that same account for multiplayer. This sounds like a potential cause of the error?

If that's not the case then let me know and i can further look into it. Or alternatively you can contact our support team with a query and they will look into it for you too.
