soviet brigade morale

I'm playing a singleplayer game and I'm currently at turn 52 in 1.02.13 and I've noticed some that soviet brigades of all types seem to have +5 morale, at first I thought it was just the +5 mot morale but the manual says that doesn't start till September 42 and normal rifle brigades and artillery brigades also seem to have it, just wondering if this is WAD I'm only a few turns away from the July rise so Isuppose I'll see if it goes up to 55

also it means any corp, tank or rifle corps formed earlyish when NM is 45 form at 50 from inheriting the brigade morale the one shown here already got routed so its lower but I have others with 50

There is a rule about Soviet brigades getting a +5 to their NM, but I can't find it in the manual. I seem to recall it only raises them to a max of 50. I'll have to look into it. I thought this rule came across from WitE1, but don't know for sure. Does this ring a bell for anyone?

I think the +5 is only supposed to apply to Naval Infantry Brigades? Its been a while since I played WitE 1 though, so am not sure.

It was definitely intended for the rifle brigades as well as the naval brigades, as the Soviets created them because they were easier for them to manage than the divisions.
