Manual Download Error

When I go to "My Page">"War in the East 2 Downloads">Hit the "Download" button. It opens an untitled tab that is blank in my web browser and nothing happens. How do I fix this? I have tried this in Chrome, and then Edge (Edge sent me back to an untitled tab on Chrome).

This should not be working until after the game is released (tomorrow, March 25th) and your order is processed.

I have the same error and it seems, that the download link has a ftp too much

ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/ [...]

removing the highlighted area should work (and works -> tested )
