I have repeated CTD after capture and create Depot in Vinnitsa.

Thanks, I was able to repeat it. We had a similar issue reported re disbanding a depot causing a crash. We will try to get this fixed in the near future. If you ever run into this situation, we suggest you reload your save and change the depot to priority 0 instead of disbanding it so you can continue your game. Since these have been repeatable bugs, we should be able to fix it fairly quickly. Thanks again for the report and save.

I find another minor bug. I have over 55 Bf-109F-4 in pool, but I can't see them in aicraft change list during manual aircraft change.

Hi had a look, rule 28.4.2 is relevant (& we should have added a cross-reference from 16.5.3 - this is now done for the living manual)

key sentence:

A new plane model cannot be used to re-equip existing air units for the first month after it enters production

these started 8/41 so I think will be available to you the next turn (ie its not a turn with some of the next month but the first turn wholly in the new month)
