Deke, will this rule provision be triggered on Turn 1 or 2 if the Soviet re-takes Bialystok from the German?

If so, then, it should be fixed in a patch. Polish intervention should not happen before 1943, IMHO.

The event for the 2nd Polish Army cant be triggered before January 1st 1943, both in the early end as well as the no early end campaign.
