Here, the selected unit has 0 AP and the UI shows a 50% ranged attack available on the units to the south and west:
However, if I right click on either of them (as if to initiate the ranged attack), the reticle just vanishes:
Should the ranged attack be showing with 0 AP? This implies there is still something left to be done with these units and is confusing when doing end-of-turn final checks.
Incidentally, what does the percentage (or lack thereof) on the ranged attack mean?
