Built 1662 feels more choppy and slower than the previous one. This was confirmed by three benchmark tests that I will upload in the relevant thread

I haven't done any benchmarks but I can confirm this observation (plyaing Showcase Ford Class). The game feels unresponsive and has more latency for many UI actions (I've AMD Ryzen 5900X CPU and 64GB of RAM).

Since I generally beta test on Steam and keep my Matrix install fir official releases. Just checking that the automstic update for Steam is 1638 and that 1645 and 1662 would have to be done manually?

Correct. I installed the Steam Beta and I've been updating to the latest build manually

* NEW SIM FEATURE: "Depressed trajectory" capability for certain ballistic missiles (Requires v512+ DBs). Missiles who have this capability will use the "low" trajectory option in any less-than-maximum range shot (the default behavior for most BMs is to use the "high" trajectory leg).

TWEAK: Multiple tweaks and fixes to revised Doctrine/ROE UI:
* Resize Doctrine item drop down so text is not cut off
* Auto-Evade should be in RoE
* WP missile ASuW should be in RoE
* Remove strategic category and move "use nukes" to RoE
* Dropdown width size is now dynamic
I'm unable to download this with my phone or computer; tried in Chrome and Edge, regular and incognito. Anyone else having this issue?

I had missed the 1662 until someone asked for the quad packed 9M100 in the DB request tracker but thanks for the updated version and new DB entries.
