[FIXED][1567.6] Sub that guides wired torp does not engage defensive posture properly.

[FIXED][1567.6] Sub that guides wired torp does not engage defensive posture properly.

Sub that guides wired torp does not engage defensive posture properly. After it detects the incoming torp, it switches back and forth between Engaged Defensive and Engaged Offensive. it's evasion speed never exceed the mission's attack speed (5kt)
