My bad, apparently thats an exception log from a post I was using to try and fix mine. So how do I get my log?

The exception log files are stored in [CMO]\Logs . There should be one separate log for each day.

Here's the new log. It's a Dx issue but I dont know how to get that dll installed. I've reinstalled DX like 4 times now.

Please download the file "directx_Jun2010_redist.exe":

Run the downloaded file ("directx_Jun2010_redist.exe") and extract it to a folder of your choice. Open that folder and find a file named "DXSETUP.exe". Run and let it install a full version of DirectX9c.
Run the game and check if the issue persists.

If it's persisting then delete the exception log file, run the game and attach the new one.

I'M RUNNING IT AS ADMIN. I've even changed the properties AND right click "Run as admin". I literally have no idea wtf to do. I've reinstalled like 4 times.

I know your focused on re-running the DX runtimes, but have you installed the msvcrt runtimes that come with the game manually (I know steam supposed to do this for you..but...), cause as memory serves aren't they a dependency of the dx9 3DX.dll themselves, or are they not bound to vcrt versions? Anyway one less thing you can rule out if not already done.

Could be that. In this case (Midcon113), the game worked after other prerequisites were installed even though it was a DirectX error.

It could the be the case. But unfortunately the Steam version doesn't have the PreRequisites folder.
You would need to download the vc_redist.x86.exe file from the Microsoft site:

Nothing. I've got 7 hours in the game just trying to get the thing to run. Is it a Windows 11 issue? Every thing I can find has been reinstalled or repaired. The game has been redownloaded and reinstalled 10 times. I downloaded the newest update form the forum. I've got absolutely nothing else I can think of. And I even have everything running as administrator. And the latest log seems to think its not. EVEN WHEN IT IS. I can't even refund it from steam because of the amount of time I've spent waiting for it to load. Not that I want to. But I feel like I spent $70 for a program that doesn't work at all for me.
