Cannot Boot Game

Cannot Boot Game
Hi All,
I'm not sure what else to try here. I've tried all the 4k fixes, I've tried changing my resolution and scale. I cannot for the life of me get CMO to boot. I'm just stuck on this screen. Any ideas?

Re: Cannot Boot Game
Anything on the exception log(s), or in the Windows event log?
Re: Cannot Boot Game
Have you checked if your virus scanner's log. It seems that some virus scanners block the latest versions 1307.9 and 1307.10. If you sure it's false alert you can whitelist commands.exe
Re: Cannot Boot Game
I think a better question would be when was the last time it ran OK? What verison?

Re: Cannot Boot Game
Is this a Steam or Matrix install?
If Steam, might need to verify the files again.

Re: Cannot Boot Game
Nothing unfortunately. No warnings or errors pop up. The game just refuses to load. To answer the other questions. It's a steam install. I've reverified twice and did a full reinstall yesterday and nothing. Also, I just bought the game. It's never worked. Antivirus and windows defender are off so neither of them are throwing any errors or anything.
Re: Cannot Boot Game
I lied. I found this exception log. Any ideas?

Re: Cannot Boot Game
"It's never worked" This might have been a good thing to say up front. So you are copying the beta update manually to the game's steam directory? If you are, I would completely delete and reinstall. Before adding any bate update, see if it runs.
Re: Cannot Boot Game
If you delete the exception log and try to run the game again, is a new log generated? If yes, what does it say ?
Re: Cannot Boot Game
It didn't work prior to using the beta update. I only installed the beta update because someone on the discord told me to try and see if it worked. I did a fresh reinstall after that and still nothing.
I deleted the log and relaunched and now theres NO exception log. I'm just confused at this point.
Re: Cannot Boot Game
Also, anything showing up on the Windows event log? (Application log)
Re: Cannot Boot Game
DXDiag says all drivers are good with no problems. I'm not sure what info to give you from the Event Log.
Re: Cannot Boot Game
We need to see the DxDiag file ourselves.
Is your desktop font scaling above 100%? If yes, can you temporarily set it to 100% and try again?

Re: Cannot Boot Game
DxDiag file attached. Tried with 100% scaling at 4k and 1080P and nothing unfortunately.

Re: Cannot Boot Game
Looks like similar to the problem posted by Tinycrazycrawler?
Try what he did, running directly command.exe
