[1328.18] Unit couldn't commit in engagement/not engaged with the closer unit in mission

Version 1.06 - Build 1328.18 - Windows 10 - Steam - ASUS G14 2020 - Ryzen 9 4900HS - Nvidia 2060 MaxQ - 16gb

I'm having problems with inconsistency in unit engagement (logic/pathfinding?) in patrol mission(AAW, ASW). The units in a patrol mission sometimes would not pick the closer unit to the target for engagement.
Also, the unit in engagement would sometime disengage and switch to other unit to engage the same target.

Are there any setting that can make the engagement more consistent.
