I'm a green horn to war games, i downloaded the mod ( i'm color blind so your mod of the flags really helps) but i donwload the mod and installed it and when i load up its the same default, unit icons, what am i doing wrong?

I'm not at the computer with the game now, but I think you should go to options in-game and change the settings there. The vanilla have a choice of maps and units looks and you may be with the wrong one.

Also, did you drop the graphics files into the proper scenario being played?

No, I'm afraid not. I no longer have the work files for this mod, so it has to be made from scratch. Is there anything in it you lack?
