i got some question ,plz come in cpt!

1. At Foce selection screen,I find my rilfe has a sniper with M1903A4 and a m1903 w/m1 granade launch, but at soldier screen , i only find m1903 w/m1 granade launc .


2.I find a red crosshair is on my soldier head portrait!

The first i found it on my pfc soldier head portrait. i think it is a marksman skill ?
But this time a noob new soldier has it too? So , i don't know what is that now !

I assume you have read the entire manual that may help it is 115 pages.
