Is there any way to add specific resources to a planet/moon/asteroid?

I just pick the type of planet/moon and click until the resource shows up, then delete the others.

I've never seen the 3 extremely rare luxuries, though. (Loros Fruit, Korabbian Spice or Zentabia Fluid) I probably tried about 1,000 times and never saw them show up.

Anyway, I'm tired of clicking so I thought I'd ask if adding specific resources was possible.

The older I get, the better I was.
