Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

some may call this a cheat mode, but opinions differ.

One of the options I would really liked to have seen in BOB is the option to see how effective my strikes against refinerys and ports etc were in reducing the fuel available to the RAF . Now I know that in real life the Germans would not have been able to get that information easily during the war but my point is that I want to try out different bombing strategies and understand *in retrospect* how effective they were. After all, in real life when the war was over the Germans got to read all this stuff. I wouldn't mind if the information wasn't available until after the game as long as I could relate it to my attacks Let's see... last week of August... that's when I hit Shell Aberdeen and *wow* didn't that slow them down... must remember that for next time.
