Auto upgrades and movement

Two questions:

I know groups no longer auto upgrade but do they still auto move?

Is there chance of being able to turn on or off the auto upgrades/movement. I like to plan and watch the missions but keeping track of all the bomber and fighter groups is a bit overwhelming. Thanks!

I believe some of the allied HQ's auto-relocate to the mainland after the invasions, yes. I want to add the toggle for upgrades and maybe movement in the future.
