Possible to continue old save game?

Possible to continue old save game?

Im 14 turns into a german game that was started using 1.08.01 which I haven't played in a few months.

Im assuming I wont run into any issues updating this save to the latest version?

I am curious about the answer. I have a game i did run on v. 1.07.15

I would like to update to 1.08.02 (not 1.08.03 because of some bugs).

It *should* be possible to continue games started under 1.07 or earlier, you would benefit from .exe-based changes but not from data changes.
It should be no problem to continue 1.08-based games with a newer 1.08 version.

You could always copy your old installation into a new folder just in case you discover problems with your old save. That's also the modus operandi if you play PBEM with another player using an older game version.
