A completely empty Corps HQ still has 5000+ man staff or even more. Is it normal? What so many people in the corps are doing? Corps headquarters has a few hundred officers + security battalion of approx. 600 soldiers, and a few more support units. What else?

It includes all the rear logistics personnel and everyone else from postal companies to field kitchens.
