In full screen mode video's run blank

This seems like a compatibility problem with Win10 to me. I'm not running any higher res in Win10 than I did in Win7. In Win7 the games video's worked fine.

Strange, I am using Windows 10 in full screen and I don't have this problem.

Here is my preference menu:
