Panzer Music!

One thing I liked about the original PG was how the music would come on momentarily, maybe when you moved a piece, then fade after a bit, then come on again, triggered by some action, or at least so it seemed. I think music buffs call this effect "Leit Motif" or something.

Anyway, I think it would be very cool if, when you moved a panzer unit as the Germans, you'd sometimes have this PanzerLied tune turn on (maybe instrumental version):

I always loved this tune from Hearts of Iron II. Kind of a triumphant march tune as your panzers go smashing through Poland.

Well, nah, IMO this is still the best gaming theme (although it has never been in a "Bulge" or Panzer game). But, gets me in the mood to roll panzers into the Low Countries.

We're I designing, I'd, like I said before, make this leit motif where it starts to play through a brief cycle when you move a panzer unit, maybe only every few minutes.
