afrika corps editor question

Just a quick question regarding Panzer Command Afrika Corps....

As a standalone product, does the editor include units for the European Theater? In other words, does it have the AI upgrades and units from the previous game and campaigns?

Yes, Afrika Corps editor includes all units which exist in the series.
